Caprese

Ingredients for 4 portions:
Eat the Ball® 4 pieces
Tomatoes 4 x 2 slices
Mozzarella 4 x 2 slices
Arugula 1 bunch
Basil 1 bunch
Parmesan cheese To taste
Olive oil 4 oz
Pine nuts 2 tbsp.
Garlic 1⁄2 clove
Salt To taste
Pepper To taste
INSTRUCTIONS:

Use a hand-held blender to mix basil, olive oil, roasted pine nuts, grated Parmesan cheese and garlic together and afterwards season the pesto with salt and pepper.

Cut Eat the Ball in half and coat both sides with the freshly prepared basil pesto.

Put arugula on the bottom half and garnish it with tomatoes and mozzarella.

Season it slightly, fold Eat the Ball halves together and ready is your Eat the Ball veggie classic.

If you want to spice up your snack a little bit, add a finely chopped chili before mixing the pesto.

Pastrami

Ingredients for 4 portions:
Eat the Ball® 4 pieces
Pastrami 4 x 5 slices
Arugula 1 bunch
Red pepper 1⁄2 piece
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp.
Boiled egg 1 pieces
Dijon mustard, coarse 2 tsp.
Parmesan cheese To taste
Salt To taste
Pepper To taste
INSTRUCTIONS:

Mash the boiled egg coarsely and add mayonnaise and mustard. Season it with salt and pepper for taste.

Cut Eat the Ball in half and coat both sides with the previously prepared cream. Put arugula on the bottom half and drape pastrami on top.

Shred Parmesan cheese over it. Cut red pepper in slices and put it on top. Fold Eat the Ball together and enjoy!

New Burger

Ingredients for 4 portions:
Eat the Ball® 4 pieces
Leberkäse (beef and meat loaf) 4 x 3 slices
Horseradish 2 tsp.
Cream cheese 4 tbsp.
Crème fraîche 2 tsp.
Apple 1⁄2 pieces
Arugula 1 bunch
Salt To taste
Pepper To taste
INSTRUCTIONS:

Stir Crème fraîche with cream cheese and horseradish and afterwards season the mixture with salt and pepper.

Cut Eat the Ball in half and coat both sides with the previously prepared cream. Put arugula on the bottom half and add the meat loaf.

Cut the apple in fine slices and also add it on top. Fold Eat the Ball together and enjoy.
