Ingredients for 4 portions:
Eat the Ball® 4 pieces
Prosciutto 12 slices
Arugula 1 bunch
Cream cheese 8 tbsp.
Cherry tomatoes 12 pieces
Eggs 8 pieces
Cream 1 tbsp.
Salt To taste
Pepper To taste
Parmesan cheese To taste
INSTRUCTIONS:

Cut Eat the Ball in half and spread cream cheese on both halves. Add arugula and prosciutto and garnish with Parmesan. Put Eat the Ball together.

Cut cherry tomatoes in half and sauté in butter. Combine eggs with cream and season to taste with salt and pepper, then add tomatoes to sauce pan.

Stir slowly until eggs set. Serve scrambled egg in tumbler glass with the Eat the Ball sandwich on top.

Ingredients for 4 portions:
Eat the Ball® 4 pieces
Eggs 8 pieces
Ham 8 slices
Butter To taste
Salt To taste
Pepper To taste
Chives To taste
INSTRUCTIONS:

Cut Eat the Ball® in half and spread butter on both halves. Cook ham and eggs in oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until desired consistency is reached. Serve with salt, pepper and chives.

Ham & Eggs je nach gewünschter Konsistenz braten und beim Servieren Salz, Pfeffer und eventuell frischen Schnittlauch darüber.

Sweet Kick

Ingredients for 4 portions:
Eat the Ball® 4 pieces
Apricot Jam 4 tsp.
Cream cheese 2 tsp.
Vanilla sugar 1 finger twist
Nutella 4 tsp.
Apricots 4 pieces
Crunchy granola 4 tbsp.
INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine apricot jam, cream cheese and vanilla sugar.

Cut Eat the Ball® in half and spread chocolate on one side and apricot cream cheese on the other.

Cut apricot into thin slices and add to the nutella. Spread granola on top of the apricot and fold your Eat the Ball together.
